  • The purpose of the Sr. BA role is to liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. The Sr. BA understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and works with the business, subject matter experts and architects to develop solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Responsibility – Work with business users & Integration Architect for use case analysis & its realization using IBM Data Power XI50/52. Should be able to lead the design, Technical solution construction, deployment, Code Review & Support System / Integration testing effort.
1. Well versed in Service Oriented Technology(SOA)
2. Knowledge of FS domain
3. Should be able to do Use Case Analysis & Process Decomposition after discussing with the Business Users.
4. Should have Knowledge on IBM Data Power XI50/52 its capabilities.
5. Have Knowledge on XML, XSLT Transformations, Schemas and Namespaces
6. Should be conversant with SDLC processes as applicable for an integration project
7. Should have good interpersonal and communication skills

Role 1 : Validation Consultant
Role 2 : Compliance Consultant
Location : Basel, Switzerland
Duration : Permanent
Validation Lead Job Description:
Participate in the development of strategic compliance deliverables to support applicable regulations and internal policies and to ensure systems to be developed adhere to corporate SDLC methodology. drive understanding and adoption of Quality and Compliance standards. Ensure Quality & Compliance requirements are considered in any initiative or major change request. Ensure the compliance deliverables are updated and kept current with all applicable changes. Work with IT and business teams within HCS/CLS to drive/maintain/create Quality program. Align the development methodology with Compliance plans, policies and procedures. Effectively manage ongoing change control process (interface to IT support, impact analysis, release mgt, data changes, testing etc.). Build strong relationships with franchise quality business owners.
Qualifications
  • Strong years experience in Quality & Compliance with a Bachelors degree.
  • Experience in FDA regulated environment with good understanding of cGxP (cGMP, cGDP, cGAMP, cGLP) standards and Risk based validation.
  • Experience in Computer system validation.
  • Experience in writing and executing documentation for all aspects of the validation deliverables (etc. Requirements, Compliance/validation Plans, test protocols, Test Summary reports and Compliance/validation reports.
  • Experience in reviewing system test and user acceptance test scripts, Traceability matrix and Design Specs.
  • Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in QA Methodologies, designing, reviewing and approving Test Plans, systems and UAT test scripts and Test procedures.
  • Experience in Change Control.
  • Experience on various FDA standards (21 CFR Part 11, 210, 211, 820)
  • Experience is creation of SOPs.
  • Knowledge of FDA guidance’s and industry standards (i.e., GAMP)
  • Hands on experience in HP Quality Center and QTP.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work as a team player, lead a team or accomplish tasks without supervision.
  • Ability to work with remote teams and support several changes/projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work with an onshore/offshore model.
  • Knowledge working with systems; such as, SAP, Red Prairie and data management systems

SAP Plant Maintenance

Job Description:


Person should have excellent functional experience in the area of Plant Maintenance and Manufacturing for about 6  yrs and have 5 years of SAP PM module implementation experience or should have worked as an End User, Core User and Power User for 1-2 years, SAP certification will be an added advantage. You need to have good skills in communication, presentation and have excellent consultancy flavor. Exposure to new dimensional products like SAP CRM, SAP EBP, SAP BW, SAP APO, Internet technology will be an added advantage.

This position is responsible for requirements analysis, configuration, testing, problem solving, user interface and overall support for the SAP PM module. Position includes responsibility for functional support throughout the implementation lifecycle of Asset and Work Management system including interfaces between other SAP modules and business applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•     Well versed with SAP PM Processes and understand integration points between SAP PM and other SAP modules, e.g. FI/CO, MM/SRM, PS, SD.

•     Having consulting experience in mapping "as-is" to "to-be" and able to perform gap analysis.

•     Design & Configuration support for SAP PM modules, with hands on experience and aware of SAP best practices.

•     Experience in component testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.

•     Positive attitude towards problem solving and working in teams

•     Having experience in Utility processes and solution design in an integrated landscape will earn clear advantage

•     We are also looking for some senior profiles who have handled lead roles in managing team of consultants, planning and managing communication across different teams and client. He should also be able to provide business process and SAP expertise and guidance on complex processes.
